  • Peter is married

  • Peter has respect for women, when most did not!

  • Culture was told to NOT listen to women; but Peter did!

  • Like 24:11-12 - the women told the 11 disciples Jesus wasn’t in tomb. No one believed them— EXCEPT Peter!

  • He “jumped up” & tan to the tomb!

  • These women were PURE & REVERENT women & he was quick to listen & believe them!!!


Agnes  (Greek word for pure in this verse)= “to be holy

  • Purity is a process not just a condition


Purity happens in the sanctification process 


Purity is both Positional & walked-out


2 TYPES OF PURITY:


  1. positional purity = an identity we inherit as children of God (Col) I D E N T I T Y

  2. walked-out purity = walked out in our every day life— little by little — CHARACTER (sanctification) eradicating the lies & defects of character, secret sins of our heart! = THRU SABBATH

  • lifestyle of confession & repentance & vulnerability!!


*** a “walked out” purity CANNOT happen without a FIRST“positional purity” (identity)

Many people trying to WALK-OUT PURENESS without first receiving their position/IDENTITY as PURE & holy & blandness & forgiven from God


Jesus alone purifies us!

  • when we’re “spiritually lonely/EMPTY” in marriage— Satan offers something to fill the void.


  • The world will tell us the opposite! They say the more porn you view, the better your sex life will be. Statistically proven it’s the very opposite
