  • when Paul prayed for the Colossians, he FIRST thanked God for them (RIGHT ORDER)

  • It would of been easier to grumble about their waywardness & foolishness to add another god + Jesus!

  • But he thanked God for them BEFORE he “told on them.”

What if I did that with every person I prayed for?

That my identity comes from heaven and not of this world: not of my birthed family, traditions, practices, beliefs, ways, customs, habits, patterns of this world, etc. Ephesians 1:5 NLT God decided in advance to adopt us into his own family by bringing us to himself through Jesus Christ.
